NICA LIVE SPECIAL w/ WINTERJAZZ

NICA LIVE SPECIAL on 6th January 2023

WINTERJAZZ Cologne, organised by Stadtgarten Cologne and NICA artist development, will finally take place live and with an audience again in 2023: We celebrate the 12th edition of this brilliant music festival on the three stages of the Stadtgarten! The focus is on the vital, creative and diverse scene of Cologne and North Rhine-Westphalia and its networks, which extend beyond the region to international collaborations.

New this year is NICA LIVE SPECIAL on Friday, 6th January: Seven NICA artists present an insight into their current artistic work: The musicians Janning Trumann, Kira Hummen, Pablo Gīw, Luise Volkmann, Philip Zoubek, Laura Totenhagen and Fabian Dudek will present their highly diverse projects - from solo performances to 13-piece ensembles.

NICA LIVE SPECIAL is mainly reserved for invited guests and professionals. Other interested visitors are welcome! To participate, please register by 5th January at nica@stadtgarten.de.

The WINTERJAZZ evening on Saturday (7th January) is, as always, open to all music lovers. 10 bands with a total of 36 musicians will perform on three stages, including NICA artist Rebekka Salomea Ziegler.

Free entrance on both evenings!
